Soft bed, beautiful and perfect room. Bonus point for TV, a microwave oven, and a refrigerator. Wonderful informative staff. Awesome location to two bars of soap. So close to various waterfalls, parks, and places of interest, as well as stores and restaurants.

The hotel was wonderful. I appreciated the well-decorated rooms and affable staff. The breakfast was very good with a variety of options, including bananas and go bags with muffins and cereal bars. The location was good and easy. The service was great, including a friendly check-in. I had a very lovely 4-night stay here.

The queen room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven. The breakfast had a huge variety of goodies. The location is marvelous, being so close to Cornell University, with stores and restaurants nearby. The service was nice.

The rooms were perfect and beautiful with microwave, a refrigerator plus bathroom, I really enjoyed that. A microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator were a nice touch. This incredibly friendly hotel was in central location close to restaurants and stores. Tried some takeout specials at Mcdonald's, luckily it was not too far from the venue.

Excellent choice

During my recent stay at the Hampton Inn, I was impressed with the cleanliness and excellent condition of the room. It had all the amenities I needed, including a microwave, mini-fridge, and TV. The bathroom was well-equipped with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. The hotel also provided a typical complimentary breakfast. Although there was no self-service laundry, it didn't hinder my overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding room quality and amenities.

The front desk -- Heather, Barry, Amy -- was completely unable to understand and remedy a double-billing problem. We stayed there on a Sunday (March 25, 2012) and called to discuss/remedy the fact that both my husband and I were billed for the same two rooms (E.G. billed for twice as much as we owed) Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, patiently explaining the problem with no results until we spoke with Sarah, who apparently eliminated the duplicate charge on my (Mary Douglas') bank statement. It has yet to show up, but we are hopeful. The Hampton Inn in Rocky Hills, ct said, when told about the problem, that we should not have to pay for the night in light of the Inn's motto.

I was upgraded to a well decorated queen room with 2 queen bed. The venue's position was central.
